Our Commitment to Accessibility

Really Great Reading is committed to ensuring that our digital learning tools are accessible to all users, including students and educators who rely on assistive technologies.
We believe accessibility is essential to equitable learning and continuously work to improve the accessibility of our products so that all users can access instructional content and complete learning activities effectively.
Our digital products are designed and evaluated with the goal of aligning with:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
These standards guide the design, development, and testing of our digital platforms to support users with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies.
We use a combination of automated and manual testing methods to evaluate the accessibility of our products. Accessibility evaluations may include:
- automated accessibility scanning tools
- keyboard navigation testing
- screen reader testing (NVDA)
- manual accessibility review of interactive components
- evaluation against WCAG success criteria
We also engage independent accessibility specialists to review our platforms and provide recommendations for improving accessibility.
Accessibility testing is integrated into our development process to support continuous improvement.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As digital technologies evolve, we continue to evaluate and improve our products to enhance accessibility for all users.
When accessibility improvements are identified, they are incorporated into our development roadmap and addressed through regular product updates.
Really Great Reading maintains Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) based on the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) format and an accessibility roadmap.
These reports document our product’s alignment with WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria.
Organizations that require accessibility documentation for procurement or compliance purposes may request these materials using the contact information below.
We welcome feedback regarding the accessibility of our products.
