Order Online
Online orders are paid by Visa or MasterCard. Most US orders will deliver within 10-14 business days depending on the delivery location and size of the order.
International Orders - All orders must be paid in USD by check or with a credit card prior to shipment of the order.
Canada Orders - To get a quote with international shipping cost please email BEFORE placing an order. Customer is resposible for all duties and other fees of shipment into Canada. You will be contacted by Customs directly.
Orders outside the U.S. - We do not ship outside of the US and Canada. If you would like to ship outside the US or Canada, please consider using a freight forwarder or other US address.

Sole Source Letter
Really Great Reading is the sole provider of all materials sold by Really Great Reading, with the exception of our Timer (code – TIME).

Shipping & Handling
Calculate your shipping & handling cost:
- Minimum shipping charge is $5.95
- 10% of total on orders over $1,000.00
- 12% of total on orders under $1,000.00
Most orders will deliver within 14 business days depending on the delivery location and size of the order.
All orders must be checked in within 7 days against the packing list before distributing materials. Any discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of delivery. If materials are missing an investigation will be opened.

Physical Item Returns
We accept returns within 60 days. All returned items must be in an unused, saleable condition. Please follow these steps:
- Read and fill out the Return Processing Form with returned item(s) and quantity clearly marked.
- Email form and include the reason for return.
- 35% Restocking Fee may apply
- Include how you would like the credit (account credit or exchange).
- Customer to cover return freight.
- We will respond with a return authorization.
When shipping take care and:
- Include a copy of the Return Processing Form in EACH box.
- Pack each box tightly with packing materials, and tape well.
- Use this email to send shipment tracking numbers.

Digital License Cancellation and Refund Policy
Digital licenses may be canceled for a refund or credit within 7 days of the purchase or renewal date. All cancellations must be approved by Really Great Reading. To initiate a cancellation, please email us. Your request should include the following information:
- District and/or School Name
- Purchase Order Number
- Billing Address
- Phone Number
- Reason for Cancellation
- Title(s) and Quantity of the Digital Product(s) being canceled
Once approved, a refund or credit will be issued within 7 days of the cancellation.
Please note: Digital licenses must be used within the defined subscription period. Really Great Reading cannot provide credit for, or carry over, unused licenses.
