What is an education outcomes company?

What is outcomes-based contracting (OBC)?
OBC ties a provider’s compensation to measurable student results. It is the evidence of RGR’s commitment to outcomes, not the model itself — the model is building district and teacher capacity.
How is RGR different from a curriculum vendor, tutoring service, or AI reading app?
Vendors are paid when materials ship. Tutoring and apps add outside capacity or generate usage data. RGR builds the district’s own teaching capacity and shares accountability for the result.
Does RGR guarantee results?
RGR structures agreements so meaningful compensation depends on measurable student gains, and stays engaged — reviewing data and coaching teachers — until outcomes materialize.
